Toilets get clean bill of health

A bid to ensure cleaner public toilets in the capital has paid dividends.

That’s according to Douglas councillor Richie McNicholl.

Although an independent audit praised the cleanliness of toilets, councillors discovered there was room for improvement.

Mr McNicholl hopes there is now a noticeable difference.
