Praise for Family Liaison team

The Isle of Man Police has paid tribute to its Family Liaison Officers.

Chief Inspector Peter Young says the position is an unheralded one, but is vitally important for the force.

The officers support the families of people who've died unexpectedly – and were praised yesterday by the parents of four year old Liam Hall, who died in a road accident last week.

Chief Inspector Young says it’s an appropriate time to highlight their work:
