Crash Reduction Roadshow

by isleofman.com 31st October 2006
An event aimed at tackling poor, inconsiderate and dangerous driving will take place in Ramsey next week.

The Crash Reduction Roadshow will feature representatives from the Isle of Man Police, Fire and Ambulance services, all of whom have dealt with serious road traffic accidents.

Vehicle examiners will also be on hand to carry out safety checks, pointing out defects and the dangers of driving with them.

Fire Safety Officer Steve Cretney says the event is aimed at young and inexperienced drivers, but all are welcome to attend:

The roadshow is on Wednesday 8th November, at Shoprite Car Park, Ramsey, between 7 and 10pm.
