Julie Corkill verdict announced

Julie Corkill has been found guilty of four charges as her trial drew to a close this afternoon (Monday). Mrs Corkill was found guilty of three charges relating to the submission to the government of invoices she knew hadn't been paid. She was also found guilty of a charge relating to submitting an estimate she knew to be false. However, she was cleared of charges relating to obtaining tourism grants for work on her private home. High Bailiff Michael Moyle delivered his verdict this afternoon.
