Jones sentence adjourned

by isleofman.com 27th October 2006
Sentence has been adjourned by the High Bailiff on a 20 year old man who admitted assault causing actual bodily harm and being disorderly on licensed premises.

Martyn Harold Jones of St Catherine's Drive, Douglas, punched David Campbell outside Breeze nightclub at 2am on September 10th after an incident inside the club between the two men who were subsequently ejected.

Security officers saw Jones punch Campbell once on the cheek.

His advocate said Jones was drunk at the time and Mr Moyle bailed him until November 14th with a condition that he does not enter on-licence premises
