by isleofman.com 27th October 2006
A 17 year old man has been fined ?100 for one offence of causing damage and granted a conditional discharge for 12 months for a second offence of the same nature.

Mark Sinclair of Westminster Drive in Douglas appeared before the High Bailiff for sentence after admitting both offences.

Sinclair broke the wing mirror of a car on July 10th in Douglas and damaged two windows on July 15th at the old hospital.

His advocate said it was low level damage caused by frustration and drinking too much.

Mr Moyle ordered Sinclair to pay damages to the DHSS and the owner of the car.
