A 'Who's Who' of the 'Great and the Good' in the Isle of Man is to be launched later this week.
More than 230 influential people who left their mark on the Island are featured in 'The New Manx Worthies' book.
They range from politicians and clergymen to sporting heroes and journalists.
It's being hailed as one of the most important books to be published by the Manx Heritage Foundation in recent years.
