"I'm Alive" event this weekend
A series of events designed to promote community spirit and the word of God, gets underway on Sunday.

'I'm Alive' is designed to be all things to all people, ranging from a Guinness World Record attempt and extreme ironing.... to talks about the meaning of life and the place of the church in the 21st century.

Around 250 people from the United Kingdom, including 80 from the Cliff College Bible school will be involved the the events and will travel around the Island sleeping on church floors.

Methodist Minister, the Reverand David Shirtliff, says they want as many people as possible to get involved from all walks of life:
