Wildlife Trust beach clean

by isleofman.com 16th October 2006
A beach clean will be held at Balladoole, Poyllvaaish in Arbory on Saturday morning.

It’s been organised by the Manx Wildlife Trust which is concerned by the amount of rubbish, much of it plastic, on the Island’s beaches.

It’s hoped the clean-up will make the beaches safer for wildlife and make the coastal environment more attractive.

Volunteers should meet in the lay-by at the bottom of Fisher’s Hill at 10:30am.
