The trial of a man accused of arson will begin on Monday.
43 year-old William Dickson Brown of Osborne Grove in Douglas denies a charge of arson with intent to danger life.
He is also charged with threatening to cause death or serious injury.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between September the first and the 26th last year.
The trial is expected to last five days.
