An Isle of Man based terrorism expert has given his analysis of the furore sparked by North Korea's nuclear weapons test. Professor Roger Carey from the International Business School in Douglas is an acknowledged authority on terrorism. He says despite the outcry to news Korea might have carried out a test, such an event has been in the offing for some time.
