Statistics in the chief constable's annual report show the Isle of Man has an alcohol related social problem, according to the home affairs minister.
However, on this morning's Mandate, John Shimmin (pictured) said he thought it was being dealt with by the police force (audio file attached):
The report will go before this month's sitting of Tynwald.
