A 72 year old man has been committed to a court of General Jail by the Deputy High Bailiff.
Norman Bernard Perry of Heather Close, Pulrose, is charged with two offences of rape and three of indecent assault on a child.
Perry was bailed until his appearance at General Jail and reporting restrictions were not lifted.
