New psychiatric consultant for Island

A new psychiatric consultant has been appointed in the Island.

Dr David Foreman was formerly a consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry with Berkshire Mental Health Trust and will continue as honorary senior lecturer at the South London Maudsley NHS Trust.

Dr Foreman started work last Monday.

Health Minister Steve Rodan (pictured) says the Department has been very fortunate to make the appointment (audio file attached:)
