There's a lot of it about!

If you’re feeling ill, vomiting and suffering from diarrhoea, here’s a message from doctors: stay away.

An infectious virus is currently sweeping the Island, and medics are worried people going to hospital or doctors’ surgeries could simply be spreading the illness.

Unless you’re elderly, very young or you suffer other health problems, the public health directorate is asking you to stay at home and telephone your GP for advice.

Acting Director of Public Health Dr Kishore (middle picture) is worried about patients passing it on to staff at Noble’s.
