Stop using Ramsey Cottage Hospital as a political football! That is the message from Ramsey MHK Anne Craine (pictured) who says the public are being fed misinformation which, in turn, is causing anxiety. She says she remains hopeful 24 hour cover will be restored at the hospital and that suggestions it’s not a DHSS priority are wide of the mark. Both sitting Ramsey members want the service restored - Treasury Minister, Ramsey MHK, Allan Bell, has given the department increased funding while Mrs Craine is a department member. She is surprised fellow Keys candidate Leonard Singer, who is standing under the Hospital banner, believes he can make a difference as he was MHK for the town at the time the 24 hour cover was withdrawn:
