Manx bands will have the chance to rub shoulders with the music industry's finest at next year's proposed Rock the Rock festival here on the Isle of Man.
Plans are afoot for a battle of the bands competition to determine which local acts will get to perform.
The contest will take place in February with the festival itself happening over two days at the end of July.
