A man who got involved in a fight, whilst still serving a suspended sentence, has been bailed by the High Bailiff for three months.

Twenty four year old Dylan Williamson, of the Promenade, Port Erin, admitted the offences of affray.

The incident happened on Station Road in Port Erin in the early hours of August 6th.
Williamson got involved in an argument with another man when there was a struggle and a fight.. which only stopped when the police arrived.

Wiliamson's advocate urged for a suspended sentence to be imposed . or community service.

He deeply regretted his actions, and accepted alcohol was a factor, a problem he intended to address.

Mr Moyle said Williamson had been given chances in the past including a suspended sentence for violence which still had nine days to run.

He sent him to prison for three months.
