"The Creek" for sale for two million

One of the best known pubs and restaurants in the Island is up for sale, for over two million pounds.

The Creek Inn is harbour side in Peel, across from the House of Manannan.
Its described as one of the Island's finest located freehold public houses with one of the longest serving landlords. Its been in the McAleer family for 25 years. They claim to trace their antecedents back to Manannan McAleer, the ancient god of the Manx.

The pub also offers recently refurbished letting apartments. The asking price is ?2,200,000, with revenue suggested at over ?500,000 and net profit on that of ?147,000.
