Ballasalla development meeting
A multi-million pound housing development that could take up to five years to complete is on the drawing board for Ballasalla.

The scheme would see a mixed development of more than 250 new homes - for both the private and public sectors - along with a new school and in the long term, a by-pass.

Local residents will have a chance to examine details of the scheme at a public exhibition being mounted at Ballasalla Village Hall on Thursday. (12.30-20.30 in Village Hall).

Director of Estates and Housing at DOLGE Richard Senior is impressed at the designs architects McGarrigle and Jackson have come up with:
