Residents of the Isle of Man will be encouraged to take some time out later this month.
The 'Just a Minute' or JAM initiative will be taking place worldwide on September 17, with a link up to an event at the Villa Marina.
It aims to get people who are increasingly busy in their lives to make contact with their inner selves, to find peace and time to reflect on life.
