Fourth candidate for new party

A fourth general election candidate has come forward for the newly formed Liberal Vannin Party.

Businesswoman Kate Beecroft, who has worked in the finance sector for the past 20 years, will contest the constituency of Middle.

Mrs Beecroft, from Union Mills, follows Rushen challenger Tony Wright, South Douglas candidate Bill Malarkey and Onchan MHK Peter Karran in standing under the party banner.
