Local Government a thorny issue
The outgoing Chief Executive for the Department of Local Government and the Environment says the Island has made little progress on Local Government reform over the years he has been in office.

Anthony Hamilton, who retires from his position in November, says it's an issue which has been ongoing for 40 years or more.

And he believes it will continue to be thorny issue for future governments.
