Animal cruelty

Police are looking for witnesses to an 'act of cruelty' to a dog on Ramsey beach.At around quarter to six last Tuesday, the offence is alleged to have been committed on a white spaniel dog in the area of the Mooragh.If you have any information contact Ramsey Police on 812334 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
