A country park is to be created in the heart of residential Douglas.
Residents of Farmhill, Saddlestone, the Harcroft development and the surrounding area will benefit from the facility, which will provide a relaxing area of open space for residents and also include a BMX and adventure cycle track.
The ?300,000 project will also include CCTV and security fencing.
