A 27 year old man has been committed to a court of General Gaol by magistrates.
Michael Darren Cubbon of Close Fletcher, Ballavargher, Douglas, is charged with possessing heroin and suplying heroin to another.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between December 5th and 8th 2005.
Cubbon has been remanded in custody until his trial.
Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
