Manx aircraft register prepares for take-off

It's hoped the Manx aircraft register will operate in a similar way to the shipping register.

That would see the Island developing a cluster of aviation-related businesses and becoming a 'niche' jurisdiction for corporate jet operators.

DTI Minister Alex Downie says there are many economic benefits to be gained:
