Treasury Minister encouraged by budget response

The Treasury Minister Allan Bell says he's been pleased with the response he's received after presenting his 2006/07 budget. Unanimously backed by Tynwald, it's also had much positive comment in the local and UK media. Mr Bell is encouraged.
