Musical tribute to Colin Horsley

by isleofman.com 10th December 2012

There's a treat in store for lovers of classical music and the opera in Ramsey tonight (Monday).

Two professional former singers with Opera North will perform in a special memorial concert for the late president of Ramsey Music Society, Colin Horsley, who died this summer.

A varied, light programme with a festive feel, to accompaniment by concert pianist Peter Bailey, aims to tempt both opera lovers and those new to the genre.

Peter says they aim to make it fun and accessible to all:

The concert at Ramsey Grammar School West starts at 7.30pm.
