Zip through South Barrule Plantation!

by isleofman.com 11th December 2012

Work is underway on a facility in the southern woods that will send daredevils flying!

An area in South Barrule Plantation is being developed as a recreation area for off-road bikes but also for those who want to try a "zip-wire" ride.

There are various levels - low for the nervous and one among the tree tops for the brave.

The man pushing the scheme forward is former Island union leader, Steve Salter.
