Personal Service Companies - Consultation Response Issued

by isleofman.com 20th December 2012

Earlier this year, the Income Tax Division of the Isle of Man Treasury undertook a consultation exercise addressing Personal Service Companies.  This included a draft of the legislative amendment proposed by the Treasury Minister in his February Budget.

The Income Tax Division has today published a document setting out the feedback received to the consultation, together with Treasury’s response.

The document is available on the Income Tax Division website at:

Alternatively, a paper copy can be obtained from the Division or by contacting General Enquiries on 685400.
