More bus strikes possible

It's the final day of the current bus strikes, although it's looking increasingly likely there will be more after Christmas.

Steam trains are running in the south again today, and the Manx Electric Railway will once again cover the east coast from Douglas to Ramsey.

You can find information about today’s services on our Facebook page, on the government website gov.im and by calling the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal on 662525.


An announcement on further industrial action is expected next week.

Unite's Eric Holmes says nothing has been confirmed yet, but feels further action is highly likely is no deal can be agreed:
