Hopes high for Summerland sale

The Infrastructure Minister says he’s hopeful 2013 will herald some positive news about the former Summerland site.

There’s been a number of expressions of interest to develop the area of the one-time leisure complex and proposals are to be assessed in the near future.

David Cretney is hopeful some progress can be made given it’s a prime seafront site in the capital.
