Gallery Restaurant awarded culinary excellence rosette

by isleofman.com 7th January 2013

The Sefton Group’s flagship restaurant, The Gallery, has maintained its prestigious double AA Rosette status for culinary excellence.

The long-established rosette scheme recognises impressive cooking, with success – or failure – judged on visits by an AA inspector. Just 10% of restaurants nationwide are considered to be of a high enough standard to be awarded one or more rosettes and the achievement of The Gallery, located on the ground floor of The Sefton, is testament to the hard work of the whole team.

As well as using quality ingredients and consistently meeting the high standards of cooking that are necessary to achieve a second rosette, The Gallery menu is regularly praised by diners for offering great value for money.

The Sefton Group’s Director of Hotels and Leisure Adrian Brockhouse said: ‘We are delighted to have kept our double AA Rosette status, and are very proud of all members of staff at The Gallery restaurant. It is an endorsement of the hard work that they all put in to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, and that our customers consistently receive the highest possible standard of food and service.’
