Public views sought on future of broadcasting

by isleofman.com 10th January 2013

The public has until the end of this month to submit comments on the future of public service broadcasting on the Isle of Man.

A select committee was appointed to look into the matter at the December sitting of Tynwald.

The Court reaffirmed its commitment to public service broadcasting in the Island and recognised Manx Radio as the national broadcaster.

Chairman of the Committee is Castletown MHK Richard Ronan - he's urging people to make their views known and is expecting a wide range of opinions:-
