St. John's and Peel clash under the floodlights at Mullen-e-Cloie on Friday evening.
West of the island bragging rights will be well and truly on the line.
St. John's pipped Peel to a top four place at the halfway stage of the season and a berth in the Railway Cup semi-finals.
They have since slipped behind Old Boys on goal difference to sit in fifth place but a win will see them climb back up to fourth.
Victory for Rick Holden's Peel team will lift them into fourth place so there is plenty to play for.
The match will kick-off at 7pm.
