Firefighters are tackling a blaze in Peveril Street in Douglas this evening (Wednesday).
Three fire engines are being used to extinguish the fire and the duty officer is at the scene.
Members of the public are being asked to avoid the area.
There’s also been an accident on the Mountain Road at the Douglas end of the Mountain Mile.
The road is passable but partially blocked.
Drivers are urged to exercise caution as snow is also falling over the Mountain.
