Possible solution to bus dispute

There’s a possible breakthrough in the long-running bus dispute.

Leisure chiefs and union officials have held further talks in the row over cost-saving measures.

And a possible solution has been found.

The two sides have been deadlocked for months over the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure's plans to cut ?300,000 from its budgets by changing drivers' terms and conditions.

It's led to drivers staging walkouts, in December and January, but the DCCL has so far refused to budge.
