St. John's bid for Bermuda football entry

Could St John's represent the Isle of Man in the men's football tournament at this summer's Island Games in Bermuda?

That's a question the Isle of Man Football Association has to answer.

No Island national teams are going, so St John's have looked into making the trip themselves.

They have permission from the organising committee in Bermuda and the Island Games Association, as long as the Isle of Man Football Association gives its approval.

That will be discussed at a council meeting next Tuesday.

St. John's manager Nick Hurt says the club is desperate to go and compete in Bermuda:
