The Manager of the Strand Shopping Centre says he's delighted that the HMV store on the Island is remaining open.
John Shakespeare believes it's good news not just the centre but for the Island generally - albeit a bittersweet situation as some 66 stores throughout the UK will be closing with the loss of some 900 jobs.
