Union despair over bus dispute

Unite the Union's top man in the Isle of Man says he's beginning to wonder if an agreement can be reached in the dispute between bus drivers and the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure.

Yesterday the drivers rejected the DCCL's latest offer of new terms and conditions, with two thirds of the ballots returned saying no to the proposals.

A quarter of the papers were not returned at all.
