Police appeal after window smashed

Police are investigating an incident which occurred approximately 02:00am on Saturday 9th February 2013, where a property has had a window smashed in the area of Hilary Park, Douglas. A male was seen in the area and a vague description given as a white male approximately 5ft 6 inches, stocky build with short dark hair wearing a dark coloured zip up top.
 
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident or for anyone who may have seen this male in the area prior to, or indeed fleeing from the area after the incident.
