Arron Newby and Rob Fagg were comfortable winners of the 2013 Mann Construction Chris Kelly Memorial Rally.
18 year-old Newby teamed up with local man Fagg to seal an impressive victory with a composure that belied his age.
They finished well clear of last year’s winner John Cope with Bruce Craig on the opening round of the Eurocars Motrosport Manx Rally Championship.
Connor Corkill and Dale Furniss were third.
Reigning Manx champion Nigel and Michela Cannell’s had led by 51 seconds overnight but fell out early on Saturday due to a double puncture.
