Students work with charity to make educational video

by isleofman.com 17th February 2013

Students at St John's Primary School are teaming up with the One World Centre to create a DVD.

The aim of the project is to create a video which will provide straightforward messages about leprosy.

The year five pupils are currently researching the debilitating illness and will make the DVD for use in communities where leprosy is found.

Deputy Headteacher at St John's, Pete Lewis, says it's a great opportunity for children to take an active part in communicating an important message around the world.
