Public believe there are more hard times ahead

The past year was hard economically and the next twelve months are going to be just as hard.

That's the view of some members the public who had their say ahead of today's budget announcement.

The budget is being presented to Tynwald by Treasury Minister, Eddie Teare, this morning.
