‘This is Art’ film to be in shown in full at the Sayle Gallery, Douglas on Friday 22 February

A film of Simon Buttimore’s work for ‘This is Art’ will be shown in full at 8pm on Friday 22 February at the Sayle Gallery in Douglas.
 
‘This is Art’ includes ten separate short films, including ‘Fashion Fan’, ‘Hawkheaded’, (which was an entry in ‘Big Ideas, Mini Movies’ at the 2012 Isle of Man Film Festival) and ‘Power to the People’ which will shown together for the first time on the big screen.    The showing will also include outtakes and behind-the scenes-footage taken during the ‘The is Art’ exhibition, which opened on 1 February.
 
The entry cost of ?5 includes a refreshments and a DVD  copy of ‘This is Art’ to take home.
 
The exhibition, which continues until Sunday 24 February, also features work by Retina VJ artists as well as Simon’s fellow Sayle Gallery Artist James Duggan.
