Swimarathon for Rotary

by isleofman.com 23rd February 2013

It’s 108 years since the Rotary International movement was founded.

Since then, the organisation has grown into the largest service based charitable body in the world, with 1.2 million members.

Currently focused on the fight to eradicate polio, the anniversary will be marked locally this lunchtime with a Swimarathon at the Northern Swimming Pool in Ramsey between midday and 1pm.

You’re asked to go along, sign-up and complete a 100 metre swim at your own pace.
