Drug and alcohol-related convictions among prisoners, pensions, enforcement notices and stop notices, and macular degeneration are the issues being raised in House of Keys questions this morning.

Meanwhile in the Legislative Council, Alex Downie will ask for tribute to be paid to the four MLCs who are coming to the end of their terms - David Callister, Eddie Lowey, Juan Turner and Tony Wild.

Messrs Callister and Lowey have already announced they won't be seeking re-election, as they are both retiring from polictics.

Of the questions for written reply, South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft has queries on hospital mortality rates, and the number of MRSA cases at Noble's over the last couple of years, for the health minister.

Onchan MHK David Quirk poses the other one, to the infrastructure minister, asking how many planning enforcement notices had been issued in each of the last five years.

Also in the keys, the Flood Risk Management Bill 2013 has reached its consideration of clauses stage.

LegCo has the Regulation of Care Bill, the Bribery Bill and the Fisheries (Amendment) Bill to tackle.
