Police appeal after burglary in Jurby

A burglary has occurred at a house on Church Lane, Jurby, between the early evening of Monday 25th February and the early hours of  morning on Tuesday 26th February. A quantity of prescribed medication was taken from the property. The house was occupied when this crime occurred.
 
This burglary is being investigated by officers from Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team, supported by officers from CID, based at Police Headquarters.
 
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area of Church Lane, who noticed anything suspicious to come forward.

PC Blair Hunt would say “The house holder was at the home when the crime occurred and was clearly left distressed by this crime. We would be grateful for any information that might assist in bringing this case to a successful conclusion”.
 
Anyone who has information about this incident should contact Police Headquarters on 631212. A reward may be payable as a result of your information.
