Stephen Blackman, Senior Economic Advisor for RBS Group will be the guest at the first ICSA Business Breakfast to be held on 14 March at the British, North Quay, Douglas.
Working in the macroeconomic team, Stephen manages the UK household sector for Group Economics. From 2003-2007 he worked at the Department for Work and Pensions, helping to implement policy on private pensions, welfare reform and various labour market issues. Prior to that Stephen worked in academia after completing his studies at the University of London. He visited the Isle of Man last year where his presentation which examined the demographic challenges the Island faces was well received.
